Responsibilities

Select, classify, annotate, and correct mammalian cell imaging data
Collaborate with software engineers and scientists to evaluate AI tool performance
Assist with data transfer, organization, and workflow tracking
Document results and communicate findings through written and verbal updates
Support validation and continuous improvement of image analysis datasets

Qualification

Cell biology expertiseMammalian cell cultureData analysis skillsOptical microscopyMATLAB familiarityMicrosoft Office proficiencyBasic scriptingPrior research experienceAttention to detailCommunication skillsTeamwork skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field
Hands-on experience in cell biology, including mammalian cell culture
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured datasets
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Solid data analysis skills, including Excel experience

Preferred

Experience with optical microscopy or automated mammalian cell imaging
Familiarity with MATLAB and basic scripting
Prior industrial or applied research experience
