Responsibilities

Develop, communicate, and execute the forward growth strategy for assigned commodities. Conduct industry research and have a high degree of business knowledge of the manufacturers, suppliers and market place
Establish performance objectives and associated metrics for the Commodities Group. Track the performance and report progress on a monthly or quarterly basis as directed
Support sites in the region when critical component escalations arise
Provide necessary guidance and support to the organization on the commodity strategy
Cultivate and maintain regional and global strategic supplier relationships with their executives for all major component types within assigned commodities

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience

Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset
Project management experience
