Responsibilities

Develop and implement monitoring solutions to scrutinize our features effectively
Troubleshoot and debug internally developed code, primarily Java, and perform necessary SQL queries to resolve issues
Collaborate with development teams on Clients' Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance current software
Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems
Regularly update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability
