Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of carpenters on custom home projects
Execute framing and finish work with precision and pride
Interpret and apply architectural plans, elevations, and details
Maintain an orderly, safe, and respectful job site
Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
Collaborate with Project Supervisors to keep timelines on track
Uphold Covenant's high standards of quality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Several years of hands-on carpentry experience (frame to finish)
Strong layout skills: floors, walls, roofs, windows, and trim
Ability to lead a team, manage materials, and make decisions in the field
Comfort reading plan sets and solving problems on the fly
Respectful, professional attitude toward clients and coworkers
Familiarity with job site safety procedures and leadership in that area
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the U.S
