Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative design projects, focusing on user-centered experiences and engaging in all project phases from concept to completion.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project designer and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and project execution
Address complex design challenges with creative and practical solutions
Engage in all project phases, including conceptual design, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and production
Work with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
Assist in the management of client expectations, team communication, and coordination with consultants
Participate in office initiatives, activities, and professional development programs
Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
Apply hand-rendering techniques to effectively convey design concepts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
1-5 years of relevant project experience
Skilled in 3D modeling software, Revit + SketchUp, Enscape, and/or other modeling software such as Rhino
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp
Familiarity with applicable building codes and accessibility standards
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certifications
Eagerness to build collaborative relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Preferred
Actively working towards licensure is a plus
