Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for various accounting areas including but not limited to:

Commission accruals and deferrals - prepare the accrual, capitalization and amortization of commissions and other contract costs

Revenue contract review - ensure the accurate review and documentation of non-standard contract language

Revenue reconciliations - ensure revenue impacts on contract amendments and modifications are accurate and ready to be posted for the month

Take on new accounting areas as the business scales

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are appropriately supported and in line with GAAP

Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits

Assist with implementing and optimizing accounting systems and tools to drive efficiency

Develop and maintain ad-hoc revenue reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and People teams to support business initiatives and ensure accounting impacts are considered
