Responsibilities

Manage personnel, budgets, and partner teams to meet IT/OT security goals and reduce enterprise risk
Advise senior leadership on risk levels, posture, and changes affecting cybersecurity
Maintain required cybersecurity reporting and documentation
Promote IT/OT security awareness across all organizational levels
Evaluate, validate, and deploy security improvement actions; coordinate inspections, tests, and network reviews
Integrate cybersecurity requirements into continuity and disaster recovery planning
Approve development efforts to ensure baseline safeguards are installed
Identify alternative strategies to meet security objectives; assess implications of new technologies
Interpret patterns of noncompliance and assess risk impacts
Monitor security data sources to maintain situational awareness
Oversee security training and awareness programs
Lead network and information security risk assessments
Develop or update cybersecurity program plans and requirements
Maintain security-related SOPs, instructions, and plans
Provide cybersecurity requirements in statements of work and procurement documents
Recognize and report security incidents
Recommend resource allocations to support secure operations
Direct corrective actions during incidents or discovered vulnerabilities
Track audit findings to ensure mitigation
Ensure security principles are reflected in organizational goals
Oversee cybersecurity policy, standards, and implementation strategies
Identify system-specific security requirements across the lifecycle
Ensure remediation plans exist for vulnerabilities from audits and assessments
Validate implementation of security requirements and IT/OT policies
Support compliance activities and configuration guidelines
Continuously validate compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
Manage staff, budgets, and partner teams to achieve enterprise IT/OT service management goals
Oversee patching schedules to rapidly remediate vulnerabilities
Direct daily service desk operations and ensure SLA compliance
Lead and mentor support staff; foster collaboration and professional growth
Define and execute a technical strategy aligned with organizational goals
Evaluate and manage support tools, ticketing systems, and self-service platforms
Track and improve KPIs/SLA metrics (FTR, resolution time, CSAT, ticket volume)
Provide high-quality technical assistance to internal users and customers
Organize training to strengthen technical and customer service skills
Coordinate with IT/OT departments to understand needs and address cross-functional issues
Maintain accurate IT/OT documentation (processes, configurations, procedures)
Develop IT/OT support policies and SOPs

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant science, engineering, technology, or business field, or equivalent experience
Deep experience in complex manufacturing environments, IT/OT convergence, and leading IT Operations and Support teams
Strong organizational change management skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, documentation, follow-up, and customer focus
Excellent interpersonal skills: rapport building, conflict resolution, active listening
Experience managing cross-functional teams and processes
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Strong research, learning agility, and information retention abilities

Able to prioritize and perform in high-pressure environments

Flexible and available for nights/weekends as needed
Full-time on-site schedule; must be available for emergency call-ins in a 24/7 production environment
Must work safely in industrial environments, including hazardous areas
Ability to lift 40 lbs.; manual dexterity for tools and computer equipment
Able to participate in presentations, meetings, and training sessions
