The role offers an opportunity to move beyond administrative tasks into hands-on accounting work, providing exposure to accounts payable, general ledger support, and month-end close.

Responsibilities
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately
Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and basic financial reporting
Maintain vendor records and support compliance with accounting policies
Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and daily accounting activity
Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze financial data
Qualification
Required
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant coursework/experience)
Internship experience or 1+ year in accounting, AP, or an office/business role
Working knowledge of Excel (sorting and filtering required; VLOOKUPs a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to grow
