Responsibilities

Project Management for client new product pipeline and changes to existing items

Support customers’ needs, shipping coordination, inventory reporting, and provide various status reports

Communicate directly with the customer(s) in writing, by phone and in person as needed

Be both the voice of the customer to the company, and voice of the company to the customer

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in a consumer products customer service-related role

Effectively able to communicate at all levels of management internally /externally

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Promote cooperation by projecting a positive attitude

Preferred

Experience in personal care products and or contract manufacturing

SAP experience
