Responsibilities
Performs Mail Center and Shipping /Receiving operations tasks related to incoming/outgoing mail and product deliveries (USPS/FEDEX/UPS/Common Carrier)
Performs tasks associated with print shop operations using a multitude of high speed duplicating machines and inventory management
Pick and pack warehoused materials or other provided products for distribution and shipping
Check and monitor buildings and grounds on a continuous basis for potential hazards and security perils; reports or assists with security concerns
Light duty preventive maintenance or routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, and all appurtenances of the Campus. Ex. Include but are not limited to furniture relocation, painting, bathroom & kitchen supply refills, ordering supplies
Performs any other related tasks as requested by team leader or management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or its equivalency)
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
Bend, stand and walk for long periods of time
Available outside normal working hours
Valid Driver's license
Basic communication (written and verbal) and arithmetic
Customer Service
Postal regulations and rates
Safety principles
Use of postal and shipping equipment
General office equipment and programs
General facility and grounds maintenance and repair
Independently follow written and oral instructions
Perform basic arithmetical calculations correctly
Maintain records accurately
Maintain confidentiality
