Technical Systems Manager
The Columbus Regional Airport Authority manages and operates passenger-focused John Glenn Columbus International Airport and is seeking a Technical Systems Manager. This role involves supervising staff, developing asset renewal plans, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations for building systems operations.

Responsibilities
Supervises the work of assigned staff, including assigning and reviewing work, coaching and counseling, and conducting performance evaluations
Develops asset renewal plans, directly, or by supporting sponsoring departments including associated capital budgets and requests
Provides support and oversight for troubleshooting/problem solving activities and maintenance repairs to minimize customer disruption
Develops and maintains training programs for each direct report
Maintains access control, in-line baggage handling, and CCTV systems at CRAA, and plans and manages projects for these systems
Creates standard operating procedures for annually scheduled work and provides support for projects
Coordinates work with other departments and contractors within CRAA. Creates a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensures building systems operations comply with established procedures, policies, regulations, and codes
Participates in the development of the operating budget, reviews monthly operating statements, and provides recommendations on plans for facility improvements
Develops and is accountable for a safety culture that promotes safe work habits and continually reduces at risk behavior
Performs related work as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum five (5) years of experience programming and troubleshooting various technical systems, with previous supervisory experience required
Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field. Or equivalent education and years of experience
Knowledge of Building Automation, Electrical Distribution (low voltage), Access Control, CCTV, Fire Systems, and Glycol Collection Systems
Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver's license, in good standing
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable)
Preferred
Relevant systems certifications (AMAG, Verint, Metasys, LAR (for glycol system), EST)
