Data Entry Technician

They are seeking a Data Entry Technician to provide administrative support, manage patient documents, and deliver screening results while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provides reception support. Answers telephones, transfers, and screens incoming calls appropriately
Provides administrative support to the health screening services team, including but not limited to paper workflows and data entry
Travel off site to provide services
Delivers patient screening results to employers and their employees in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Organizes and ensures a smooth transition of patient documents and files using Dropbox and Formstack
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteData entrySchedulingBilingual in SpanishPhone communicationAdaptability

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years in an administrative role
Proficient in computer use and technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fundamental knowledge of scheduling and calendar management
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent phone communication skills
