Driving the team to meet sales and closing plans
Developing effective sales strategies
Recruiting, developing, and mentoring top talent
Leading and engaging the sales team
Conducting regular sales meetings
Collaborating with the Marketing, Design and Purchasing teams
Ensuring accurate sales contracts and resolving issues promptly
Conducting gap analyses and adjusting pricing and incentives
Monitoring model home and community upkeep
Balancing office work with frequent field visits
Ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a successful sales team in the homebuilding industry
Ability to develop sales skills through role plays and observing customer interactions
Excited to collaborate in a team environment with a track record of working successfully across different departments
Exudes active listening and respect when communicating with others
A college degree or commensurate experience
