Responsibilities

GitLab implementation, migration, and optimization
Designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines and runners
Kubernetes- and AWS-based build solutions
Infrastructure automation and IaaS modernization
Exploring AI-driven automation and custom agent workflows
Building tools to improve developer efficiency
Supporting quality engineering and SDET-style automation
Administering and automating collaboration platforms
Migrating Atlassian tools to the cloud (supporting 4,000+ users)
Improving workflows through automation and self-service

Qualification

Required

5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Platform / Build Engineering experience
Strong CI/CD experience (designing, building, maintaining pipelines)
Strong scripting skills (Python, Groovy, Go, JavaScript, etc.)
Deep AWS experience (cloud-native and serverless)
Solid Linux/Unix systems background
Ability to automate, standardize, and scale DevOps practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential

Interest or experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP services
Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), Backstage
Atlassian Cloud, Slack, Microsoft Teams, ChatOps
Snyk, SonarQube, Checkmarx, secrets management
