Onboarding Specialist
The Learning Lamp is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for children and minimizing care disparities in the community. They are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new employees and collaborate with directors and managers to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Responsibilities
Work with new employees to complete onboarding and orientation requirements
Collaborate with department managers to ensure employees are ready to begin work in a timely manner with the required paperwork
Track various information in our HRIS system (i.e. clearances and trainings)
Work with outside partners as needed to review employee's paperwork
Assist with developing annual recruiting and hiring plan
Provide support to the Human Resources Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer as needed
Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Provide support to all program managers as needed
Provide exceptional and friendly customer service and technical support at all times
Assist new hires with paperwork, clearances and/or trainings during weekly orientation sessions
Assist with job fairs and other recruiting events as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma plus recruiting experience; or
Associate Degree in Business or related field; or
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; and
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, database management
