Responsibilities

Perform mechanical system design for HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems

Develop design calculations, construction drawings, and specifications

Coordinate with electrical, structural, architectural, and civil teams to produce complete design packages

Apply relevant mechanical, plumbing, and energy codes and standards , including ASHRAE and NFPA

Assist with system sizing, equipment selection, and layout development

Participate in site visits, field investigations, and existing-conditions assessments

Support project execution through design development and construction administration

Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure compliance with design intent

Communicate design decisions clearly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
