Responsibilities
Overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of integrations, system implementations, and all IT changes for large scale complex projects
Ensuring that the overall program is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Executing program delivery strategies and looking to enhance project management practices and improve operational efficiency
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities
Monitoring program performance and managing resources
Overseeing delivery operations, ensuring that all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently
Playing a key role in change management, ensuring that transitions are seamless and that stakeholders are engaged throughout the process
Mentoring and empowering your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance program delivery capabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and best practices to ensure effective project execution
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources
Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and project requirements to drive alignment and support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving organizational change and improvement through effective program delivery
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth transitions during program implementations
Proven ability to manage yearly budgets for program delivery, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support project initiatives and objectives
A commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on leadership roles
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications)
