Responsibilities
Own portfolio financial performance monitoring, including EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital
Review and challenge portfolio company budgets, forecasts, and operating assumptions
Support valuation, covenant monitoring, and financing-related analyses
Translate operating initiatives into quantified financial impact and execution milestones
Track realized vs. projected value and ensure results flow through GAAP and adjusted EBITDA
Identify performance gaps early and drive corrective action plans with management teams
Partner with Operating Partners and investment teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
Establish clear ownership, timelines, and accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
Prepare and present concise performance updates for internal leadership and board members
Serve as a thought partner to portfolio company CFOs and functional leaders
Provide hands-on support during periods of transformation, integration, or underperformance
Elevate financial discipline and execution rigor across the portfolio
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in finance, portfolio management, or value creation roles
Strong grounding in FP&A, financial modeling, and cash flow management
Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
Comfort engaging senior executives and challenging assumptions constructively
Ability to manage multiple workstreams across several portfolio companies
Preferred
Experience in PE-backed operating environments
Board-level reporting & presentations
