Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
Prepare recurring performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Analyze trends in revenue, cost, and margin to identify improvement opportunities
Maintain/enhance financial and forecasting models
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting needs
Provide ad hoc analytics for strategic and operational initiatives
Help streamline reporting and financial processes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Minimum ~5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience (not entry level) within the manufacturing industry
Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills
Experience presenting insights to non-financial audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
On-site role — no remote or relocation candidates considered
Limited regional travel may be required
