Regional Human Resources Business Partner Manager
DazPak is a company that values its people and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role involves leading core HR functions and partnering with leaders across multiple manufacturing locations to support the company's ACT Culture — Accountability, Collaboration, Trust.
Responsibilities
Lead core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, engagement, and policy enforcement
Serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive HR matters such as investigations, accommodations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all organizational roles
Drive learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and internal mobility
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
Administer benefits programs, payroll-related processes, audits, employment taxes, and compliance reporting
Partner closely with Operations leaders to support manufacturing teams across multiple sites
Lead HR projects independently while modeling DazPak’s ACT culture
Qualification
Required
10+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a multi-location manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
Ability to lead HR projects with minimal supervision
Strong experience in payroll, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and audits
Strong knowledge of California Labor Law
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% between locations
On-site availability Monday–Friday with flexibility to support other shifts as needed
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with UKG Ready
