Responsibilities
Act as a talent authority and expert, guiding the global pipeline by advising BHR Partners and business leaders on Nike’s talent development strategies, methodologies, and processes
Help build, establish, manage, and grow the leadership pipeline, ensuring a strong and ready-now functional talent pool
Build and implement functional pipelines to ensure a steady stream of ready-now talent by leveraging enterprise programs and tools
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience across various disciplines within Human Resources (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
Sophisticated BHR Partners experience in Talent Strategy, Talent Planning, Executive Succession, Governance, and Executive Development
Executive presence and ability to navigate relationships with General Managers, Executive Leadership, and HR Leadership
Experience with competency-based models and leadership potential assessment tools (e.g., 360 assessments, Hogan)
Strong ability to be self-directed, process-oriented, and hands-on, with the capability to manage multiple priorities. Project management skills are required
Proven ability to collaborate with BHR Partners, Org Design, People Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, DE&I, and other HR Centers of Excellence to drive an integrated talent agenda and deliver a consistent talent experience
