Responsibilities
Handle real hearings and draft substantive motions
Work directly with clients
Build a portfolio of meaningful litigation experience
Learn dispositive motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep
Receive hands-on training and continuous feedback
Take ownership of structured workflow with autonomy
Engage in substantive writing practice including MSJs, MTDs, and discovery motions
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing in Arizona
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to manage deadlines and communicate professionally
Motivated to develop as a litigator
Positive attitude and team mindset
Preferred
Attorneys with 0–5 years of civil-litigation experience
Recent bar passers with strong advocacy skills
Judicial law clerks seeking direct courtroom experience
Associates in other practice areas (family, PI, general civil, small firms) looking to pivot into full-time litigation
