Dual Sales Manager
Gecko Hospitality is seeking a Dual Sales Manager who will strive to meet and exceed expectations for guests, team members, and owners. The role involves revenue generation for a multi-unit development and coordinating with on-site teams to foster a team environment while achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
Responsibilities
The Dual Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation for a multi-unit development
The Dual Sales Manager will coordinate with on-site teams to foster a team environment from both a sales and guest service approach
The Dual Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets by generating brand-new and repeat business through referrals, telephone solicitation, direct mail, outside sales calls, networking, and other community marketing techniques
Qualification
Required
The Dual Sales Manager candidate must have high-volume sales experience of at least 3 years
The Dual Sales Manager must be able to sell in a multi-property environment
A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must
A solid track record in achieving financial results
The Dual Sales Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
A requirement for the Dual Sales Manager is that you must be able to thrive in and foster a team environment
Preferred
Prior Marriott or Hilton brand affiliation
