Desktop Support / IT Support Technician
Maintech, Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support / IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day PC hardware and software support for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting user issues, supporting network-related tasks in coordination with the network team, and assisting with deployments and project-based work.

Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for PC hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other application-related issues
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues at the user level
Support end-user printer issues, including setup and troubleshooting
Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware refreshes
Assist the network team at Carpenter with tasks such as:
Cable issues
Switch replacements
Participate in and support specific IT projects as assigned
Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused IT support
Qualification
Required
Strong experience supporting Windows-based PCs and common business applications
Solid understanding of desktop hardware, peripherals, and printers
Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
Experience with PC imaging and deployment processes
Willingness to assist network teams with hands-on tasks when needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
