The Pricing Analyst is responsible for implementing pricing strategies and best practices, collaborating with various functions to ensure consistency in pricing standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

Perform Cost-Price-Margin analytics to align pricing strategies with budget expectations and compare pricing strategy to actual results

Enter pricing-related data (approved price changes, discounts, etc.) into various internal systems

Maintain data integrity in the systems that drive price setting for individual customer and payer

Develop various pricing models that estimate the expected benefit of go-forward pricing decisions on an ad hoc basis

Monitor and analyze benchmark data received from company sales personnel, customers, and vendors to create consistent market pricing. Suggest changes to individual prices, price strategies, and the pricing plan

Produce pricing models for Onsite and other business lines in response to Request for Proposal

Working with their Manager, develop pricing elasticity analytics that support resetting prices to drive volume and improve bottom line flow through

Required

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: Accounting or Finance Degree must be from an accredited college or university

In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Customarily has at least six months or more years of experience solving complex problems using Microsoft Excel or other similar programs
