Nemours Children's Health is one of the nation’s leading pediatric health systems, seeking a dynamic AVP of Neuroscience to drive the development and coordination of a rapidly growing program. The role includes overseeing operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic direction for the Central Florida Neuroscience Service Line.

Responsibilities
Accelerate strategic growth, innovation, and market expansion
Strengthen a multi-divisional, interdepartmental Neuroscience enterprise across clinical care, research, and education
Position Nemours as the premier destination for pediatric neuroscience care in the region and beyond
Support development of multiple subspecialty programs, academic expansion (including child neurology residency and fellowship programs), and research initiatives spanning clinical trials and translational science
Oversee administrative and operational functions across inpatient, ambulatory, research, and education
Lead HR operations, patient access, scheduling, billing, business processes, financial planning, and performance improvement
Guide pre- and post-award research administration, academic planning, and program development
Manage operating and capital budgets, evaluate clinical programs, oversee resource planning, and ensure business and financial success across the service line
Leverage data and market insights to inform decision-making, support growth initiatives, and shape the long-range Neuroscience strategy
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, fiscal management, program development, and regulatory oversight
Ability to travel within the Central Florida region
Preferred
Experience in Neuroscience operations or strategy highly preferred
