Responsibilities

Configure and customize core ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk, tailoring solutions to complex business needs
Craft advanced JavaScript and Glide API scripts to automate and streamline risk and compliance workflows
Lead full lifecycle IRM implementation projects, ensuring seamless delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, translating compliance and risk requirements into effective technical solutions
Integrate IRM modules with other ServiceNow platforms such as ITSM, SecOps, and GRC, creating unified risk management ecosystems
Develop and fine-tune workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations that enhance operational efficiency and compliance accuracy

Required
