Responsibilities

Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including operating instruments in the lab
Troubleshoot issues/defects by identifying and escalating opportunities for improvement. Assist in writing corrective action and deviation reports
Assist and collaborate with Process Specialist/Owners on improvement projects and support training of new technicians

Qualification

Required

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions
Understanding of the full value stream

Preferred

An associate degree or above
Using continuous improvement tools
Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
