Responsibilities

Lead a strategic overhaul of financial operations
Focus on reconfiguring and enhancing the ERP platform across key functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and Grant Management
Improve automation, compliance, and reporting capabilities
Redesign supporting workflows and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term efficiency and scalability

Required

Demonstrated success in ERP optimization or re-implementation projects involving multiple financial modules
Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and grant-related activities
Hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics GP, or similar systems
Highly analytical with a practical approach to problem-solving
Confident decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Skilled at building consensus and influencing stakeholders across diverse teams
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to design sustainable processes and produce clear, actionable documentation for future scalability
