Head of Creative and Social Growth
TopFoxx is a women-owned eyewear brand creating fashion-forward designs. They are seeking a Head of Creative and Social Growth who will lead social media growth and creative content production, directly impacting revenue and brand growth.

Responsibilities
Your #1 mission is to rapidly grow TopFoxx on TikTok and Instagram through high-performing, creator-style, founder-led content
Build and execute daily organic growth strategies, including viral hooks and scroll stopping concepts that increase engagement and reach continuously
Direct, film, and edit fast turnaround short form videos, including consistent founder led content with the CEO
Produce high volume TikToks and Reels, building both the company brand and the founder’s personal brand, to help each other side by side growth
Analyze performance, trends, competitors, and user behavior to optimize for reach, retention, engagement, and sales
Create high performing content using simple setups and minimal resources, creatively leveraging influencers when needed
Dive across departments to identify opportunities that will drive the most sales
Ensure cohesive and elevated brand aesthetics and storytelling across all creative
Edit and repurpose videos for TikTok, Instagram, ads, and YouTube to maximize output
Create website and email graphics that support promotions, campaigns, wholesale linesheets and strong click through performance
Lead website creative and UX or UI visuals that improve conversions
Product photography and/or Oversee shoots and direct photographers and videographers
Keep all creative assets organized across shared drives and Asana
Support other departments when needed (A small team means many hats)
Provide or guide strong copy as needed
Set clear leading and lagging KPIs and KPMs that drive real performance. Constantly re-evaluate if it's the correct ones that drive true conversion
Oversee influencer marketing, collabs, and strategies to convert creators into affiliates through giftings only
Hold team members accountable for deadlines, quality, productivity, and performance
Challenge poor performance and raise standards across the team
Review all creative before it goes live and give direct feedback daily
Support leadership with clear, fact based assessments and solutions
Solve problems quickly without waiting for instructions
Participate in hiring decisions and help maintain a strong culture of ownership
Research & provide direction for product development on colors, shapes, packaging, and aesthetics
Participate in early stage brainstorming and seasonal creative strategy
Create mood boards and support visual direction for launches
Support execution and operations around new product launches
Create high-quality content using simple tools (iPhone, natural light, minimal setups) and execute quickly with limited resources
Approach creative challenges with a growth-hacker mindset, finding ways to make something from nothing
Maximize output through smart repurposing and efficient production workflows
Work with urgency, ownership, and initiative to solve creative and production challenges independently
Produce consistent, high-volume output each week while maintaining strong quality standards
Qualification
Required
Brooklyn-based: Available for regular in-office filming and content days with the CEO (5 days/week for the first 2 months; hybrid flexibility afterward)
Time-committed: Available for a 45–55 hour workweek with work-life integration and occasional weekend availability when needed
Social-media-first creator: Proven experience producing high-performing or viral TikTok and Instagram content; strong short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and deep understanding of trends, hooks, pacing, and creator-style storytelling
Founder-level ownership: Takes full responsibility for outcomes, operates independently, and makes sound decisions that protect the CEO's time and the company's priorities
Data-driven thinker: Comfortable analyzing performance metrics, identifying what's working, and iterating quickly to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Creative marketer: Strong aesthetic eye for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content, with a marketing mindset around psychology, virality, and conversions; DTC experience strongly preferred
Hands-on producer: Comfortable directing on-camera talent (including the CEO), filming efficiently, and executing fast-turnaround content with minimal resources
Direct communicator: Comfortable giving and receiving frequent, candid feedback with clarity and respect, ensuring high standards in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Scrappy & resourceful: Thrives in fast-paced, lean environments and creates more with less
Startup-speed operator: Thrives with quick pivots, daily iteration, and evolving priorities without needing hand-holding or rigid structure
