Responsibilities
Support the collection, organization, and analysis of customer feedback from surveys (i.e. NPS, CSAT, CES), reviews and other VoC sources
Assist in identifying themes, trends, and insights from qualitative and quantitative customer data
Help maintain and improve the VoC reporting and documentation
Contribute to CX storytelling by summarizing insights for presentations and internal communications
Support CX initiatives and projects that improve customer journeys and experiences
Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement
Create and update charts and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
Assist in data validation, cleanup and organization to ensure accuracy
Translate data findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders
May perform other administrative/support tasks including maintaining databases, data entry, reporting, maintaining files, photocopying, imaging, mail, and/or supply functions
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Entering at least 2nd year of higher education pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline
Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
Strong interest in customer experience, data analysis and problem-solving
Able to work at least 20 hours per week during normal business hours, but we can offer up to full time hours
