Responsibilities
Envision and bring to life intuitive, scalable, and engaging experiences
Facilitate work sessions with executive leaders
Champion human-centered design culture
Drive creative process and collaboration with cross-functional partners to propose new ideas and strategies
Provide coaching and feedback, with an emphasis on growing junior designers into future leaders
Create and drive adoption of design guidelines, mechanisms, best practices, process, and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Associate's degree or above
10+ years of experience as a user experience designer, product designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
Portfolio that demonstrates delivering end-to-end experiences for digital services across multiple platforms and devices
Experience in a range of design approaches, methods, and tools that you use to plan, concept, and prototype complex projects
Preferred
A master's degree in Design, Information Science, Computer Science/HCI, or a design-related discipline such cognitive psychology
Experience leveraging AI tools in the product design process
Experience designing for AI-enabled features
Experience mentoring and elevating senior-level design talent
Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
Able to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions grounded in customer needs and business goals
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output in all deliverables
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization
