Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, managing matrixed teams and multiple business units

Develop and manage short- and long-term project plans, budgets, forecasts, and release schedules

Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and board members to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication

Drive decision-making using structured models (e.g., RAPID), resolve issues, and remove obstacles to team success

Champion continuous improvement, change management, and operational efficiency across programs

Coordinate technical integration and supplier collaboration across workstreams

Mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance

Navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities with independence and agility

Identify risks, escalate issues, and proactively address gaps and dependencies

Facilitate retrospectives and leverage metrics to enhance team development and delivery outcomes

Required

8+ years' experience in technical project management or IT lead delivery using industry-standard project management tools

5+ years directly managing large, high visibility, complex enterprise-level programs/projects are required

5+ years of experience in a management, leadership, or similar leading role

Ability to travel as needed to US vendor location (limited travel required)

Preferred

Proven leadership in managing matrixed technical teams and delivering complex projects

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail

Effective communicator with relationship-building and influencing capabilities across teams and stakeholders

Collaborative team player with a focus on enabling others' success

Experience in Financial Services, insurance, and business data

Skilled in Waterfall, Iterative, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and supplier management

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building teams/functions from the ground up

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
