System Maintenance & Development: Build and maintain systems to ensure positions and trades comply with desk risk limits
Risk Reporting & Issue Resolution: Communicate risk concerns to the Risk Manager and resolve position-related issues
Collaborative Communication: Work closely with trading desks, clearers, and brokers to manage trade-related concerns
Automation Design & Improvement: Design and enhance automated processes to reduce manual intervention
Adaptability: Take on a broad range of tasks and new responsibilities as the firm grows
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Risk or Trade Operations with strong understanding of risk management processes
Proficiency in Python and MySQL; experience deploying processes in Python is critical
