Manage accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices

Communicate with corporate clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing issues

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner

Negotiate and establish payment plans with clients who are experiencing financial difficulties

Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding accounts, and aging receivables for management review

Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

Maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and minimize payment delays

Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and improve overall satisfaction
