Responsibilities

Lead project coordination: Support the global launch of our Electronic Medical Records platform—track milestones, coordinate cross-functional tasks, manage training, and keep documentation current
Support operations: Document workflows, provide basic system training to end users, and assist Regional Medical Directors with data gathering, reporting, and problem-solving
Turn health data into insights: Maintain dashboards, build routine and ad hoc reports, and spot trends across EMR, safety, and claims datasets
Drive big data analytics in health: Partner with HR Benefits to analyze large insurance claims databases and surface member health and wellness insights
Troubleshoot and improve: Provide administrator-level support for occupational health platforms, resolve common issues, and escalate complex ones to IT or vendors
Learn and grow: Build foundational project management and occupational health IT skills with training and mentorship

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Occupational Health, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in data analytics working with large datasets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate health data and identify trends
Comfort with Excel and exposure to Power BI and EMR systems (training provided)
Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive; eager to learn occupational health systems
