Responsibilities

Manage 10–15 engineers, including Team Leads
Own global delivery of platform releases
Operate as a player/coach (~20–25% hands-on in code)
Run and participate in code reviews
Set delivery standards, engineering KPIs, and quality metrics
Partner closely with architecture, product, and leadership
Support adoption of AI developer productivity tools (Copilot, internal agents)

Required

Proven Engineering Manager experience in B2B SaaS
Background in larger dev environments (30–40+ engineers including QA)
Strong technical foundation in C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure
Working knowledge of Angular / frontend concepts
Comfortable being hands-on when needed (not a purely people-only role)
7–10+ years total experience, with 2–3+ years in management

Preferred

Experience with AI dev tools or internal AI agents
Background in large SaaS or consulting environments (e.g. scaled product orgs)
