Responsibilities
Daily supervision and management of Student Housing and Dining professional maintenance and custodial staff, student workers, subcontractors
Operation, development, and maintenance of the college student housing and dining facilities and grounds at the Olympia campus
Monitor and assist with managing operating and capital project budgets in coordination with the Facilities Services Manager and RAD leadership
Collaborate with capital project managers to coordinate scheduling, in-house labor, materials and acquisition, and technical requirements
Qualification
Required

Operation, development, and maintenance of college student housing and dining facilities and grounds
