Responsibilities

Architect and implement configuration, variant, and release management for software, hardware, and ECU-based systems
Enable a strong digital thread from systems engineering to OTA delivery
Partner across Quality, Homologation, Systems, HW, DevOps, and OTA teams
Establish a reliable Single Source of Truth (BOM / SBOM) across the lifecycle
Integrate solutions into PLM, ALM, and CI/CD ecosystems

Required

10+ years leading configuration and release systems for complex, safety-critical products
Experience in SDV, OTA, and software-first product development (OEM or Tier-1 preferred)
Strong knowledge of UNECE R156 (SUMS) and ISO 26262, with an automation-first mindset
Ability to balance fast iteration with regulatory and safety requirements
Clear communicator with a long-term, systems-level perspective
