Responsibilities

Support the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support

Qualification

Learning Management SystemsEvent delivery experienceSpreadsheet skillsProject managementProblem-solvingWritten communication

Required

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms; Cvent/Cornerstone preferred
Experience in large, complex organizations; Consulting background a plus
Onsite and virtual event delivery experience
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets: pivots, reporting)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; Strong written communication

Preferred

Experience with ERP or LMS tools for course delivery and reporting
Familiarity with NASBA CPE requirements
Using technology to support live and on-demand training
Event logistics: registration, A/V, scheduling, and learner communications
Basic project management for national or virtual programs
Problem-solving in real time; Maintaining budgets and flexibility
