Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to understand technical needs and recommend CNC solutions
Support pre-sales efforts including demos, test cuts, and technical presentations
Develop machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and NC programs
Provide on-site and remote application support after installation
Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and internal engineering
Perform minor machine troubleshooting as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, or related roles
Strong CAD skills; experience with NX, Mastercam, Hypermill, or similar tools
Knowledge of PLM tools (NX, Windchill preferred)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. and ITAR compliant
Valid driver's license
