The Program Director will be accountable for the successful delivery of multiple data center commissioning programs, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction across high-profile hyperscale projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary program-level lead for hyperscale and enterprise data center clients

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, providing leadership to Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers

Ensure consistent application of commissioning standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices across all projects

Guide commissioning strategy across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including start-up, testing, and acceptance

Define and enforce commissioning standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices across all projects

Provide strategic oversight of commissioning for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life-safety systems

Review and approve commissioning plans, test scripts, procedures, design drawings, and specifications

Lead resolution of complex technical issues, commissioning deficiencies, and risk items

Act as the senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners related to commissioning delivery

Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, acting as the senior point of contact for program delivery

Partner closely with Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and executive leadership

Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates on commissioning status, risks, and milestones

Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance, career growth, and technical expertise

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and program delivery quality

Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance across all projects within the program
