Location Services, LLC is seeking a Remarketing Field Representative responsible for coordinating all remarketing activities once a vehicle goes to auction. The role involves evaluating vehicle conditions, ensuring necessary repairs, and managing relationships with auction sites and clients regarding vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

Runs reports in Autoimsto ensure all vehicle are released for sale

Uploads condition Report if necessary

Evaluating condition reports for any mechanical work

Getting units inspected and detailed if necessary

Communicating directly with auctions and clients on all bids/offers

Suggesting floor prices to clients based on the condition of the vehicle and current market price

Entering approved floor bid in Autoims for auctions to start the bid

Offers recommendations to clients on all offers received that do not meet the approved floor price

Re-evaluates floor on all “no sale” vehicles

Send “no sales” to online platforms

Keeps reporting of all daily sold numbers

Ensures all outstanding issues are resolved before units go to auction

Manage auction inventory

Reviews all auction expenses for accuracy

Ensure policies and procedures for all functions within the auctions are accurate, and are adhered to by all network auctions we use

Manage relationships with valued client partners through routine client contact, demonstrating Locations Services’ commitment to performance and engagement

Support executive management as directed. Support company-wide initiatives related to strategic vision, company culture, and employee engagement
