Responsibilities

Manage all documents ensuring to check for completeness, formatting, and consistency with project requirements

Work with internal teams to correct any errors/omissions and improve document quality

Monitor document workflows and approval processes ensuring timely and accurate completion

Act as the editor for documents as needed to ensure clarity and consistency

Monitor QA forms to ensure they are complete and correct, consistent with quality program requirements

Develop and help to implement improvements to document control systems

Verify all documents follow internal project documentation standards and quality program requirements

Required

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in technical, business administration or management or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or quality assurance

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with information systems such as SharePoint

Understanding of project documentation standards and quality program requirements

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience in a project-driven environment (e.g., engineering, construction)

Familiarity of quality management systems and standards, preferably NQA-1

Knowledge of BlueBeam and Adobe Acrobat
