Regional Sales Director
LV Search Partners is hiring a Regional Director of Sales to lead growth and relationships across a defined casino territory. This senior, field-based role focuses on building trust and managing long-term partnerships with casino clients while leading a small team of Account Executives.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a regional portfolio of casino clients, with a focus on long-term partnerships
Lead, coach, and support a team of 3–4 Account Executives within your territory
Spend significant time in the field meeting clients on-site, attending industry events, and hosting relationship-building dinners
Partner closely with the VP of Sales and CEO on regional strategy and execution
Support new product launches and drive account expansion across your region
Serve as a visible brand ambassador, reinforcing the company’s reputation and industry leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales or territory management experience in a relationship-driven environment
2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching or managing sales teams
Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with client stakeholders
Comfortable with frequent travel (approximately 70%)
Based in or willing to relocate near a major casino market
Preferred
Experience in route-based or consultative sales environments is strongly preferred
