Responsibilities

Closing of Work Orders within the HexaGon Work Order Management system
Utilizing documentation that resides within HexaGon
Compare and review data from various (electronic) sources to make a determination if a Work Order can or should be closed
Use of company resources including HexaGon, GIS, Google applications, and other electronic applications

Qualification

Google SheetsHexaGonESRI/GISAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsTime-management skills

Required

Must be experienced in using Google Sheets (or similar application such as Excel) including development of equations to support tracking of lead work activities (e.g., COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.)
Must have high attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and on a team
Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
Excellent time-management skills to be able to prioritize competing tasks

Preferred

Nice to have experience with HexaGon, but not required
ESRI/GIS experience is a plus
