Responsibilities
Prepare and execute installations, service, and support activities in line with company procedures and routines
Diagnose system or technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
Provide basic customer technical training related to products
Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Document service calls, cases, and reports in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures
Provide remote customer support as part of a rotating on-call schedule during business hours, with some schedule flexibility
Qualification
Required
Medical device or radiotherapy experience is beneficial but not required; greater emphasis is placed on strong troubleshooting skills, technical curiosity, comfort with computers and hands-on work, and the persistence to fully resolve issues
Practical, hands-on experience with Windows-based systems and IT/networking tasks, including system configuration, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, network connectivity, and diagnostics
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical) or IT, or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel up to 75%
Ability to safely work on ladders, above drop ceilings, and lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Driver's license and eligible for passport
