Responsibilities

Expanding the distribution channels of Bishop Street Capital Management

Servicing existing shareholders

Answering inquiries related to transactions, holdings and fund information

Working closely with the Portfolio Managers of the fund, Compliance and Fund Administrators to provide recommendations and implement strategies to expand our portfolio

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, related field; or equivalent work experience required

5+ years of experience in mutual fund sales, asset management, or investment advisory services, or related role, with an established book of business and deep understanding of managing investment portfolios or mutual fund products required

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in warm calling, sales or customer service

Knowledge of the investment industry

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a client-friendly manner

Able to exercise discretion regarding confidential matters

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Maintains professional behavior and promotes positive working relationships both internally and externally

Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
