Responsibilities
Drive people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and a strong, inclusive culture
Operate at a high level of HR partnership, influencing decisions that shape culture, workforce capability, and long-term business outcomes
Provide advanced expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development, ensuring alignment between business priorities and HR initiatives
Collaborate closely with HR Communities of Expertise (COEs) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Serve as a key voice in shaping organizational transformation
Collaborate with and support fellow HRBPs by sharing best practices, offering consultative support, and reinforcing consistent application of HR policies across clinical and non-clinical environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as a strategic business partner
Preferred
Masters degree
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Society for Human Resource Management – Certified (SHRM-CP) or Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification Upon Hire Strongly Preferred
Healthcare experience in a multi-site integrated organization preferred
