MassiveImpact is seeking a Warehouse Repack Associate who plays a key role in ensuring damaged products are properly repackaged and prepared for distribution. The role supports overall warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all repack activities.

Responsibilities

Repackage damaged product according to Company and customer specifications

Verify product quantities and expiration dates before and after repacking

Follow warehouse check-in procedures for labeling close-dated and out-of-code products

Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas at all times

Follow all safety, quality and warehouse procedures

Operate shrink wrap machines safely and efficiently

Perform housekeeping tasks as assigned

Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Qualification

Warehouse experiencePIT certificationBasic math skillsAttention to detailReading skills

Required

Highschool diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack etc.)

Basic math and reading skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Must follow all company policies and procedures and comply with state beverage regulations

This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching

Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position

Work is performed in a warehouse environment where steel-toed footwear is required
